The Encyclopedia of Early Earth is not an encyclopedia at all, but a pastiche of fables, legends, and quasi-biblical stories. Isabel Greenberg’s simple illustration style is quite expressive, and the tales are witty and imaginative. Pick up this graphic novel for a quick and satisfying read.
